Coca is a municipality in the province of Segovia, in central Spain, and is part of the autonomous community of Castile and León. The city is located 50 kilometres northwest of the provincial capital Segovia and 60 kilometres from Valladolid. The city is home to Castillo de Coca, a 15th-century Mudejar castle. It was also the birthplace of Roman Emperor Theodosius I in 347 AD. In 2023, the city had 1,741 inhabitants
